Prior to establishing his firm, Attorney Wood worked at the Law Offices of Stan Riddle counseling clients in the areas of Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy and in Consumer Litigation. He has a background in fixed income and equity securities analysis and worked for several years as a project manager for Morgan Stanley Capital International and in portfolio management at Mellon Capital Management. Vincent Wood is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and spent many years working with institutional clients and with individual investors to optimize their investments.

Kennedy University College of Law, Vince Wood has continued to grow and expand his understanding of bankruptcy law and is adept at handling all phases of the bankruptcy process. Attorney Wood is admitted to the California State Bar, and is also a member of the Contra Costa County Bar Association and the Alameda County Bar Association.
